    Overview

    Interview Summary
    Dina (Dini) Oppenheimer, originally of the Netherlands, recalls her memories of the German invasion and occupation, and her experiences in hiding in the Dutch castle Zwanenburg with her mother Julia Frank and brother Rudolf Frank. The Franks were hidden by Baron and Baroness van Boetzelaer, who have been honored by Yad Vashem as Righteous Among the Nations. Dini's father, Dr. Benjamin Frank, was arrested by the Gestapo in 1942 and perished in the Holocaust. Includes one verbatim transcript of the audio testimony, also entitled "My Story"; the transcript includes copies of photographs and documents.
