Consists of three documents, which Lithuanian inmates created and presented to John S. C. Peck Jr., the donor's father, upon concluding his work as Director of UNRRA Team 144 at the "Henry Cochran" camp at Wunsiedel, Germany.

Consists of a photograph album presented to John S.C. Peck, Jr., upon concluding his work as an UNRRA team director of "the Latvian displaced persons at Pershing Warren Camp, Marktredwitz and Estonian displaced persons." It contains black and white photographic images of camp residents and a memorial program.
