- Source of acquisition is the Zentrale österreichische Forschungsstelle Nachkriegsjustiz (FStN) and Dokumentationsarchiv des österreichischen Widerstandes (DÖW). Original documents were located in the Landesgericht Wien (State Court of Vienna). In 2006 original documents were subsequently transferred from the Landesgericht Wien (State Court of Vienna) to the Wiener Stadt und Landesarchiv (Vienna City and State Archive). The Wiener Stadt- und Landesarchiv is a current owner of the records. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives received the filmed collection via the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum International Archives Project in Jan. 2004, Sept. 2014, two accretions in 2016, one accretion in May 2017, and Feb. 2021. This is a cooperative project between the FStN and DÖW, Yad Vashem and the USHMM.
