- Rectangular multicolored paper map with multiple folds. When closed, the front cover has an image of a woman in traditional Japanese dress walking in a garden with buildings in the background. The back cover has an advertisement for Kyoto Hotel. When open, one side has a map of Kyoto and its vicinity and other side has advertisements for shops and factories in Kyoto.
