Description: Contains records concerning Jewish matters and the policy of local offices toward Jewish questions.The records were generated by the police of Buzău, the mayor of the town of Buzău, the legion of genarmerie of Buzău, the district prefecture of Râmnicu Sărat, the legion of gendarmerie of Râmnicu Sărat, and the mayor of Râmnicu Sărat. Includes also selected records from the Buzău regional office of the Centrala Evreilor in Romania the Central Office of Jews in Romania and the records of the Jewish community of Buzău.

Provenance: Source of acquisition is the Arhivele Naţionale ale României (Romanian National Archives).
