    Two-part pin-backed medal or badge in pewter and gold colors. The top section, with an eagle, the date 1941, and the word "maneuvers" is linked with loops and a short chain to the larger piece which has a gold-colored American eagle logo inside and the words "National Defenders of U.S.A" forming a border around it. The outer portion of the badge depicts weapons of war, including a tank, on each segment, as well as a wreath linking the segments. The back of the badge is printed with the text of the "Our Father" prayer.
