- Rectangular piece of paper printed in red, purple, and black ink. The border is purple with "ALLIED MILIARY CURRENCY" across the top. The field is red and also in red is the serial number across the bottom "A30743623A." "2" is printed in black in each corner with "ISSUED IN /Italy/ 2 / LIRA" in the center. The verso is printed in light blue ink, clockwise it is printed "FREEDOM OF SPEECH", "FREEDOM OF RELIGION", "fREEDOM FROM FEAR", "FREEDOM FROM WANT", with 'ALLIED/MILITARY/CURRENCY" in the center.
