- Brief Narrative
- Pieces of a wrought iron railing from a stairwell, along with modern wooden handrails, from a home in Sighetu-Marmatiei, Romania. The home was owned by a Jewish family before their deportation to Auschwitz concentration camp in German-occupied Poland. The pieces of the railing feature a design with Star of David patterns.

- Physical Description
- Two pieces of wrought iron stairwell railing. The larger of the two pieces (a) has a triangular extension added to the top on one side. Both pieces feature a design with Star of David patterns. Decorative elements also consist of interconnected scrolls and the intitials DA in the center of the smaller piece (b). Pieces are held together with both rivets and banding. The modern wooden handrails (c-g) were attached with drywall screws. They have now been detached.
