Coin encased within plastic square container. Obverse, the head of Janusz Korczak and around it is written, "Janusz Korczak 1878 - 1942." Reverse, Polish eagle in the center and written around it "Polska Rzeczposopolita Ludowa (Polish People's Republic) 100 zl., 1978."

Badge; Jewish Police from Sosnowiec, brass hexagonal plate, painted blue around the edges, in the middle engraved Star of David, and "Alt Sosn" with letters, "O,R,S," on the arms of the star, engravings painted blue; around the edge etched, in German, "Ordnungsdienst," and in Polish, "Sluzba Porzadkowa"(Order Police).
