Collection Summary: The collection consists of five German cap badges, correspondence, documents, and a photograph album relating to the pre-war, wartime, and post-war experiences of Alfred, Maria, and Hans Hirschfeld, originally of Breslau, Germany.
Provenance: The collection was donated to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in 2011 and 2012 by Karen Hirschfeld Hendley, the daughter of Hans Hirschfeld.
