    Description
    This collection contains three civil cases concerning Jews, which were selected out of 29 civil cases judged by the Court of the 1st Instance in Janów. The Court had the following communes in its jurisdiction: Olsztyn, Przyrów and Złoty Potok. The files of criminal cases did not survive.

    The system of arrangement of the source repository has been preserved on the microfilm reels. Arranged in three series: 1. Civil trial of Abram Orbach against Fajgl Orbach, 1926-1931; 2. Civil trial of Dawid Eksztajn against Herszlik Eksztejn, 1929-1931; 3. Trial of the campany "Saturnia" against Josek Altman, 1930.

    This material can only be accessed in a Museum reading room or other on-campus viewing stations. No other access restrictions apply to this material.
    Conditions on Use
