- The system of arrangement of the source repository has been preserved on the microfilm reels. Arranged in four series: 1.Technical and insurance documents of the factory, 1934; 2. Registers of the factory buildings and machinery: "Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń Wzajemnych Sp-cy Franciszki Baueretz”, 1939; 3. Estimates of the factory, 1942 ; 4. Official correspondence, 1943-1944.

- Reproduction of more than 100 pages of copies of documents for researchers or other institutions requires a written permission of the General Director of the State Archives of the Republic of Poland. Publication of more than 10 complete documents in an individual work requires the written authorization of the General Director.
