    Certificate defining Medal of Heroism awarded to Russian Jewish Partisan during the Holocaust. Awarded to Ester Blizovski in August 1944 for her participation in the Partisan Brigade entitled Kaplun [Kapluna Brigade].

    front, printed in ink : The partizan [sic] Brigade named Kaplun [Kapluna Brigade]
    This document is given to comrade Blizovski [Blyezhovskaya], Ester Abramova [Abramovna], from the town of Stolin in the district of Pinsk in White Russia, who served in the Kaplun Partizan [sic] Brigade as of September 1943 through August 1944. During her stay in the Brigade she fulfilled all the special operations assigned to her and participated in all the operations with the highest responsibility.
    She acted heroically in all assignments in the life of the Partizans [sic] up to self-sacrifice.
    Because of the above, she is given the Medal of Heroism.
    On August 8, 1944, she is being sent through Stolin, for the continuation of her studies.
    The local Soviet government is requested to afford her all possible help to continue her studies.
