    folded vertically, cardboard cover, imprinted center with Nazi National Insignia; imprinted at bottom, "DEUTSCHE POST OSTEN/GENERALGOUVERNMENT"; three inside pages attached to cover by red rope cord; first page imprinted "POSTWERTZEICHEN/DES/GENERALGOUVERNMENTS/DIE FUEHRERMARKEN/ZUM 2. JAHRESTAG/DES/GENERALGOUVERNMENTS/26. OKTOBER 1941/2 bis 48/GROSCHEN"; second and third pages contain six color postage stamps [one on page 2 and five on page 3], each stamp bears drawn profile of Hitler turned to right; printed on lower edge, "DEUTSCHES REICH/GENERALGOUVERNMENT"; each stamp is a different denominations; back of cover imprinted "DP/OSTEN"
