OKTOBER 1941/2 bis 48/GROSCHEN"; second and third pages contain six color postage stamps [one on page 2 and five on page 3], each stamp bears drawn profile of Hitler turned to right; printed on lower edge, "DEUTSCHES REICH/GENERALGOUVERNMENT"; each stamp is a different denominations; back of cover imprinted "DP/OSTEN"
