    Biography
    Sara Trozki and her mother were the only members of their immediate family to survive the war. Her sister, Hana, was killed during the final liquidation of the Kovno ghetto in July 1944; her father and brother, Israel and Itzhak Zeev, died in Dachau following their deportation from Kovno.
