Among those pictured is Hala Buchwajc (top row, second from the left), Chana Laskier (top row, fifth from the left), Yehuda Laskier (top row, sixth from the left, Chana's son), Michal Laskier (top row, seventh from the left, Chana's husband), Ida Buchwajc (front row, second from the right, Hala's mother), and Pinkus Buchwajc (third from the right, Hala's father). The Laskiers survived the war in the Tittmoning international internment camp. They were able to leave Bedzin on South American passports secured for them by their relative, Alfred Schwartzbaum, in Switzerland.
