The caption reads, "Die Bestie bricht los!/ Eine hettzbroschuere, die waehrend des krieges in England erschien./ Herausgeber ist der Jude Edmund Sullivan. So hetzte der Jude die nichtjuedischen Voelker auf gegen die deutsche Armee. " [The beast is on the loose!/A smearing brochure which appeared during the war with England./Published by the Jew Edmund Sullivan. This is how the Jew incites the non-Jewish peoples against the German Army.] The headline reads, "Der Kriegshetzer" [The War Instigator]. The lead article begins, "The Jewish newspaper, "Jewish World," published this admission on January 16, 1919: 'International Jewry has convinced Europe to wage this war, not only to accumulate a huge sum of money, but also to use this money to start a new Jewish world war.'
