    Family album that belonged to Moritz Friedler, bearing the title "Motoring/Jewish DP camp/St. Marein [Sankt Marien]/School." In 1946 and 1947, Moritz Friedler served as a social worker with the Jewish Committee for Relief Abroad at the Sankt Marien DP camp in the British zone of Austria. Friedler subsequently became the JDC's Area Director in Linz, Austria. The photo album documents Jewish DP life in both places.

    In 1946 and 1947, Moritz Friedler served as a social worker with the Jewish Committee for Relief Abroad at the Sankt Marien DP camp in the British zone of Austria. Friedler subsequently became the JDC's Area Director in Linz, Austria. The photo album documents Jewish DP life in both places.
