Caption: Alte Katz stands on the steps of her drugstore flanked by three young relatives.

Alte Katz is in the center. To her right is her youngest son Avigdor. To her left is her oldest grandson Yitzhak Sonenson. In front of her is one of her great nephews Shaul Replianski, the son of Esther (nee Dwilanski) and Mordekhai Replianski. Shaul was the grandson of Shmuel Dwilanski.

Alte Katz, her son Avigdor, and Shaul were murdered by the Germans during the September 1941 mass shooting action in Eisiskes. Yitzhak survived the Holocaust in hiding.
