- Portrait of the Jewish actress Szeina Katzenelenboigen.
Szeina Katzenelenboigen, who was one of the leading personalities of the Eisiskes theater, was fluent in Hebrew, Yiddish, Russian, Polish and German. She owned a hotel in Eisiskes, which the Gestapo took over as their headquarters during the German occupation. Szena was killed by the Germans during the September 1941 mass shooting action in Eisiskes. - Photographer
