Official identification card bearing a large yellow star issued by the County Office of the Jews of Cernauti to Erika Neuman, authorizing her to remain in Cernauti (rather than be deported).

In addition to an identification photo the card includes her address, signature, and the numbers of her census certificate and population office registration. The card is signed by representatives of the police, the Bukovinan government, and the Jewish community.
