Letter sent by Chetnik leader, General Dragoljub Draza Mihajlovic to the Croatian Catholic bishop Alojzije Stepinac, asking him to use his influence to activate all the nationalistic forces of the Croatian people to fight against the Bolshevik People's Liberation Movement led by Josip Tito.

The letter was sent with a copy of Mihajlovic' memoir, in which he presents his opinions on the political and military situation in the Serbian provinces.
