The opening paragraph reads, "Every bubble must contract, expand and then -- it pops.... With the deepest of grief we inform the people of the world and in the immediate surroundings that the will of fate has released us for all times from our beloved, irreplaceable, and unforgettable Magesty -- The Great German Reich, bearer of culture and civilization."
