People in the first row, from the left: Elisabeth Lasch (art teacher), Klara Heilmann (literature and French teacher), Mrs. Friedlaender (home room teacher), [girl with an hairband], Caroline Fierst (student, later Karla Ruelf). In the back between the two ladies: Mr Lipski (teacher). The man all the way to the right: Dr. Fritz Wiener.
The elderly people in the audience are from the old age home (next to the school), the others are students.
