German translation of a false affidavit (verso) attesting that Izaak Horowitz, residing in Philadelphia, requests that his wife and their six children join him in the United States and that they and their families are entitled to US citizenship.

The affidavit was notarized on March 30, 1922 and translated into German. In addition it was approved by the German court in Krakow on the same date. This false document saved the lives of thirteen people.
