Among those pictured are (left to right): George Louis (holding the flag), Philadelphia Mayor Bernard Samuel and Judge Levinthal (both holding the flag pole), Lawrence G. Horowitz (the donor's grandfather, behind Judge Levinthal), and Ann Sebotnik (the donor's aunt).
