Close-up portrait of two German-Jewish brothers, Hermann (later Heinz) and Willi Rosenfeld, standing in front of their father's bakery at Trier, Neustr. 78.
Hermann and Willi were cousins of the donor of the photograph, and the sons of Josef and Emma Rosenfeld (nee Frank, daughter of Wilhem Frank of Osann/Mosel). Emma died on December 14, 1931 and Josef married Marta Kalbermann (b. December 7, 1901).
