Unauthorized Salvadoran citizenship certificate issued to Chiel Gutwirth (b. December 3, 1886 in Ryglice), his wife Schandla Rosa (Kohane) Gutwirth (b. November 29, 1887 in Debrowa), and their children Fanny (b. July 28 1923 in La Haye), Sheva (b. January 17, 1926 in La Haye), and Malka (b. February 22, 1928 in La Haye), by George Mandel-Mantello, First Secretary of the Salvadoran Consulate in Switzerland amd sent to their residence in Nice.

Chiel Gutwirth survived the Holocaust but his wife and some of the children perished.
