Unauthorized Salvadoran citizenship certificate issued to Julien Samuel (b.October 10, 1912 in Mulhouse), his wife Vivette (nee Herrmann) Samuel (b. May 21, 1919 in Pairs) and their daughter Francoise (b. July 14, 1943 in Limoges) by George Mandel-Mantello, First Secretary of the Salvadoran Consulate in Switzerland and sent to their residence in Limoges.

Julien and Vivette Samuel were among the leaders of OSE in France and both survived the war.
