Unauthorized Salvadoran citizenship certificate issued to Lazar May (b. January 22, 1883 in Chrzanow), his wife Sara (nee Krieger) May (b. May 9, 1886 in Chrzanow) and children Abraham (b. October 17, 1912), Adele (b. March 23, 1915), Chaim (b. February 2, 1920), Uscher (b. May 2, 1922), Dina (b. October 24, 1924) and Mendel (b. January 24, 1929) by George Mandel-Mantello, First Secretary of the Salvadoran Consulate in Switzerland and sent to them in the Westerbork transit camp.
