Unauthorized Salvadoran citizenship certificate issued to Efrayim Fischel Joshua Weinreb (b. November 17, 1910 in Vienna), his wife Esther Weinreb-Gutwirth (b. February 29, 1912 in Antwerp) and children Hermine (b. August 24, 1937), Hanna (b. November 3, 1938), David (b. May 20, 1941) and Salomon-Elimelech (b. October 16, 1942) by George Mandel-Mantello, First Secretary of the Salvadoran Consulate in Switzerland and sent to their residence in Scheveningen.
