Unauthorized Salvadoran citizenship certificate issued to Anna Kertesz (b. October 19, 1910 in Budapest) by George Mandel-Mantello, First Secretary of the Salvadoran Consulate in Switzerland and sent to her residence in Budapest.

Anna Kertesz, survived in a Swiss protected house. After liberation she left Hungary for Switzerland to join her brother, Georg, who had settled there in the early 1930s. The Swiss forced her to leave and she immigrated to England, where she died at the age of 97. The certificate was sent to her by her brother Georg or Gyorgy (nicknamed Gyuri) who been living in Zurich from about 1931 and was a member of the Tonhalle Orchestra.
