Unauthorized Salvadoran citizenship certificate issued to Hermann Katz (b. 1888 in Radwanc), his wife Helene (nee Rosenfeld) Katz (b. 1896) and their sons Mor (b. 1924), Zoltan (b. 1925) and Israel (b. 1928) by George Mandel-Mantello, First Secretary of the Salvadoran Consulate in Switzerland and sent to their residence in Uzhorod.

Unauthorized Salvadoran citizenship certificate issued to Hermann Katz (b. 1888 in Radwanc), his wife Helene (nee Rosenfeld) Katz (b. 1896) and their sons Mor (b. 1924), Zoltan (b. 1925) and Israel (b. 1928) by George Mandel-Mantello, First Secretary of the Salvadoran Consulate in Switzerland and sent to their residence in Uzhorod.

Their son Joe was studying at the yeshiva in Montreux, Switzerland and requested the certificate. Hermann and Helene Katz perished in the Holocaust as did their son Fulop. Their other children survived.
