    Biography
    Chaja Magier was the daughter of Mendel Magier (b. 12/15/1911) and Rywka Fajerman (b. 3/10/1913). She was born on June 14, 1938 in Bedzin, Poland. The family lived on 13 Kattowitzer Street. Chaja was named after her paternal great-grandmother, Chaja Bamherzig. She was killed in Auschwitz in August, 1943 and the age of five.
