This image is contained in an album found by Jacob Igra in an apartment in Sosnowiec after the war. Many of the photographs are believed to have been taken by a soldier with the SD-SIPO (Sicherheitspolizei) following the invasion of Poland in 1939. Additional photographs depict einsatzgruppen activities at sites throughout Nazi occupied Eastern Europe and may have been later additions to the album.
