Event History: On Nov. 28, 1940, Rosenberg gave a speech to German occupation reps in the French National Assembly titled "blood and gold" (»Blut und Gold«) that was later published as issue 15 in the series »Hier spricht das neue Deutschland!« His speech and trip to France are referenced in Rosenberg's diary entry for Feb. 2, 1941.
