Original caption reads: Gathering of the Reichluftschutzbundes (State Air Protection Corps) for the Winterhilfswerke (Winter Relief Drive) on January 18, which incidentally has increased by nearly nearly 70 percent over the previous year, was supported by old Berlin types: the Flower Lady of Potsdamer Platz, the Former Blue Policeman and the Milk Delivery Boy stand next to General Von Schröder, the president of the RLB.
