    Biography
    Isaac Dobrysh was born November 17, 1909 in Pskov, Russia. He married Deborah Miriam Meirtal (born in 1913). Deborah's parents were Shlema-Zalman Meirtal (born 1889 in Tallinn, Estonia) and Roche Leah Aronovich (born 1884). Shlema-Zalman founded the Meirtal family shoe store located on Kuressaare, an island in western Estonia. Roche Leah had at least two siblings, Esther (born 1888, later Kozlovsky) and Jacob Aronovich (born 1893). Deborah had several siblings: Isaac (born 1905), Hirsch (born 1907), Peisach (born 1909), and Scheine-Chinde (born 1916). Peisach married Ilse Reisberg. Isaac and Deborah Dobrysh had at least one son, Avi Dobrysh. Isaac Dobrysh was killed in action on October 12, 1944 during the batle for the island Saaremaa, Estonia. Shlema-Zalman Meirtal perished during the Holocaust in Tallin in September 1941. Sheine-Chinde perished in the Riga ghetto with her husband and son.
