Original caption: "These gaunt-faced Soviets share a 10-in-1 ration supply kit furnished by men of a unit of the 75th Infantry Division, U.S. Ninth Army.  Soviet doctors at the camp say many of the inmates will die from malnutrition, tuberculosis, dysentery, and typhus.  Approximately 22,000 men were in the camp when it was liberated by the U.S. Army."
