- Consists of seven original photographs of Estera Horn and her maternal relatives before the war in Chelm, Kamien, and Krocyn, Poland, and in Palestine during the war; and two gold-colored metal buttons taken from the donor's coat by her rescuer, Leokadia Wojtkiewicz.

- The collection was donated to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum by Ewa Dziegielewska on behalf of Estera Horn in 2002.
