    Brief Narrative
    National Sozialistische Frauenschaft [National Socialist Womenhood] triangular membership pin. The letters on the pin, GHL, stand for the organization’s motto "Glaube, Hoffnung, Liebe" (Faith, Hope, Love). The NSF was formed in 1931 and in 1935, it became an official party organ of the Nazi Party [NSDAP].

    Physical Description
    Gold colored inverted triangular metal pin, slightly arched, with a white enamel cross on a glossy black enamel background with a red swastika at the center and silver colored letters in Fraktur font on the cross arms and foot. At the top is a white band with German text in silver, Roman font. All sections are outlined with yellow, a signifier of the highest membership rank, Reich. On the back is a patent mark, Nazi Party trademark, and a tension pin.
