    Depicted are figures representing death draped in white and a Nazi officer drinking together in a tavern. A quotation from the Belgian poet Emile Verhaeren appears at lower border, La Mort est Saoule Au Cabaret des Trois Cercueils. Framed in a 1" walnut mould enclosing silk mat and glazing. On brown wove paper.
