Yellow, white, and red triangle with number 21968 worn by Polish Jewish slave laborer

Triangular badge made from yellow, white and red cloth stamped with her prisoner number 21968 worn by Charlotte (Lotte) Zagorska while interned in Wolta-Gabersdorf slave labor camp. When Nazi Germany invaded Poland in September 1939, Lotte lived with her family in Katowice. After the war began, the family moved to Jaworow, where Charlotte was picked up and sent to Wolta-Gabersdorf, a cotton mill with a commando of less than 400 women.
