Collection Summary: The collection consists of Buchenwald scrip, news clippings, documents, and photographs relating to the experiences of Adrienna Matyas (Krausz) as a prisoner in Altenburg and Auschwitz concentration camps during the Holocaust and her subsequent role as a witness during the postwar trial of a war criminal. Some of these materials may be combined into a single collection in the future.
Provenance: The collection was donated to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in 2003 by Adrienne F. Krausz. Accretions may have been received to this collection.
