    Brief Narrative
    The fragment of grosgrain ribbon, likely for a military medal, is part of a collection that consists of documents, correspondence, photographs, identification cards, passports, additional artifacts, and military booklets illustrating the experiences of the extended Cohn and Falkenstein families in Germany and La Paz, Bolivia in the late 1930s. Also included is information about Friedrich Cohn and Inge Falkenstein, the donor's parents, who met and married in Bolivia.
