- bar with one rounded end where there is a slot for a button, bottom portion is gray felt and is sewn to upper portion which is coils of silver metallic thread, a navy colored band of felt is inserted between gray felt and upper silver coils; two gold colored ornamental "star burst" rivet penetrates the coils, between the rivets is another metal rivet which appears to be a snake wrapped around a pole.
