Oral history interview with Philip Potiyevsky

Philip Potiyevsky, born on August 6, 1922 in Malyn, Ukraine, discusses his experiences in the Soviet Army during WWII; being wounded near Moscow, Russia and being rescued by a local farmer before returning to the army; and receiving the “Medal for Courage”, the medal "For the Victory over Germany in the Great Patriotic War 1941-1945", the medal "For the Liberation of Warsaw", and two “Orders of the Red Star”.
