    Rectangular offwhite paper currency. Face has a graphic design in blue green ink with a green geometric border and numeric denomination medallions in each corner. There is a center medallion with a portrait of a seated Liberty in green flanked by numeric denominations medallions. The serial and series numbers are in the upper left and right quadrants. Across the bottom is a block with repeating text: 5 and CINCO. The written denomination is repeated in the side borders. Back of note has a green geometric border and an inner border with repeating text: 5 and CINCO. There are numeric denomination medallions in each corner. In the center is a coat of arms within a medallion, flanked by numeric denomination medallions. There is Spanish text on the upper and lower borders.
