An inked rectangle with white image and inscription is found on one side. On top of the brown image is another black ink stamp. This black ink stamp extends past the area of the postage stamp on the top, right and left edges. The visible part of the stamp includes: a section of a larger outer circle which approximately appears across the middle/center of the postage stamp, a section of a smaller inner circle whish appears towards the top of the postage stamp, and a horizontal straight line that connects to the sides of the smaller inner circle.
