    Biography
The Katz Ehrenthal Collection is a collection of more than 900 objects depicting Jews and antisemitic and anti-Jewish propaganda from the medieval to the modern era, in Europe, Russia, and the United States. The collection was amassed by Peter Ehrenthal, a Romanian Holocaust survivor, to document the pervasive history of anti-Jewish hatred in Western art, politics and popular culture. It includes crude folk art as well as pieces created by Europe's finest craftsmen, prints and periodical illustrations, posters, paintings, decorative art, and toys and everyday household items decorated with depictions of stereotypical Jewish figures.

    Physical Description
Cartoon drawing in paint with ink on paper of a living room interior of a family with stereotypically Jewish facial features: very large, curved noses, heavy eyebrows, and ample lips. They are standing around a middle aged man seated in a large, cushioned chair with a blanket covering his lap and legs and his feet on a pillow. He has short, black curly hair surrounding a bald crown, a mustache, double forked beard, and wears a yellow pajama top. He gazes up with a questioning look and gestures with his right hand while speaking to a matronly woman standing before him. She has pulled up, black curly hair, a black dress, and looks at him expectantly, gesturing with both hands. Around the sides of the chair are 5 younger people: a young woman in a blue dress with clasped hands, a tall young man with a pencil mustache and folded arms, a preteen girl with a white bow, a preteen boy in a blue sailor top, and a female toddler in a blue dress. In the bottom left of the image are the initials WW. A caption is handwritten beneath the image. There are pencil markings on the back and tape on the edges.
